What We Do

1. CME Content Development

A dedicated team works with nationally recognized cardiovascular faculty to design curricula, develop learning objectives, curate case-based content, and ensure every educational activity meets ACCME accreditation requirements. Whether the format is a live multi-day conference, a satellite symposium, or an enduring online module, this team ensures clinical relevance, evidence-based integrity, and measurable educational outcomes.

2. Speaker & Faculty Services

CardioEd Events Group manages the full lifecycle of faculty engagement — from initial identification and invitation of thought leaders, through travel and logistics coordination, to on-site speaker support and post-event follow-up. We handle disclosure and conflict-of-interest management, presentation development assistance, and real-time audiovisual coordination, allowing faculty to focus on delivering outstanding lectures and workshops.

3. Sponsor & CME Partner Relations

We manages all communications with pharmaceutical and medical device sponsors, ensures compliance with ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence, coordinates grant applications and funding agreements. The goal is to build long-term, trust-based partnerships that sustain high-quality programming.

4. Venue & Conference Operations

We handle site selection, contract negotiation, audiovisual production, catering, registration systems, on-site staffing, and day-of logistics management. The team evaluates venues based on accessibility, technology infrastructure, cost-effectiveness, and attendee experience — ensuring every event runs seamlessly from arrival to adjournment.

5. Marketing & Outreach

Reaching the right audience is essential to the success of any CME program. We develop integrated marketing strategies that include digital campaigns, email outreach, social media engagement, print collateral, and strategic partnerships with cardiovascular professional societies.
